What price range do you build in?
Price ranges are not VictoryGate's main focus. Everyone's budget is unique and everyone's home is their dream home. Within that budget, we can allow for whatever is necessary so their dream home can become a reality.

How did you get started and how long have you been in the industry?
I have been around the building industry for most of my life. My family has always been do-it-yourselfers. I went to a 4-year college and majored in management and marketing. I had construction knowledge from experience. After college I worked as a construction manager for 3 different builders from high production to as custom as it gets. I have been in charge of homes from $120,000 to over $2.5 million. I have always wanted to be able to do things the right way and run a successful business. It is a passion of mine and a drive to be one of the best custom builders in the area.

Why are you different?
I am driven and honest. I focus on the fact that this is not all me. It is a team of us who you have decided to trust. My goal is to run a positive project and have a great contract become a great homeowner and then a great friend.

Are you on site?
Yes, I am. I take great pride in knowing what is going on all the time. I do trust my trades, but I also monitor them and the project. My goal is to give as much personal attention that I need to, because I want the custom building process to be as enjoyable as it can.

Who do we talk to throughout the process?
Throughout the process, the homeowner(s) will remain in contact with the builder.

Stark, Summit, Medina, Wayne counties, Westlake, Avon and within 40 miles of Canton, OH.
