He handles the day-to-day operations and provides support for the VictoryGate Team. He works closely with clients to ensure they are having the best experience as possible.

Jonna helps oversee day to day operations along with running VictoryGate's sales division. Jonna works with our clients to find them land, as well as sell their existing homes. She also works hand in hand with our selections coordinators throughout the duration of the build, helping with final selections as well as coordinating meetings with specialty vendors.

Tina helps VictoryGate run efficiently by providing support to staff, performing bookkeeping, overseeing administrative functions and supervising other members of the administration staff with day to day activities.

Nate is a confident, driven, self-starter with strong communication skills. He is proficient in understanding residential construction systems, processes and procedures. A Construction Manager is responsible for working with the customers to build their homes. This includes attending meetings, scheduling trades and ensuring that the home is built the VictoryGate way with attention to quality and meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction.
